(AsiaGameHub) –   Greentube—NOVOMATIC’s Digital Gaming and Entertainment arm—has entered the Czech Republic’s B2C online gaming market via the full acquisition of Kingsbet CZ, a well-established local online sportsbook and casino operator. This move marks another step forward in its strategic expansion across regulated European markets.

The Czech Republic is an appealing, fast-growing, regulated market. According to official data from the Czech Ministry of Finance, the country’s gaming market had a total gross gaming revenue (GGR) of 68 billion Czech koruna (€2.7 billion) in 2025, with online gambling accounting for 59.2% of the total GGR.
